Executive Chef Jeremy Zabel is a life long Lake County resident and self taught chef. Since arriving at the Saw Shop in July of 2006, he has succeeded in developing a reputation for preparing cuisine which consistently represents his creativity while providing a unique and pleasant experience for our guests. Jeremy has been proudly serving Lake County Residents since 1993.

Jeremy began his career in food service as a prep cook for Park Place Restaurant in Lakeport, which has been a Lake County favorite for over 20 years. During his 13 years of cooking, Jeremy dedicated himself to providing Lake County with quality cuisine, eventually rising to the title of Executive Chef in 2001.

"I believe that being a chef means that you never stop learning. The world has endless amounts of cultural and geographical cuisine that is always changing and evolving. My goal as a chef is to always keep reinventing myself so that I can provide our guests with many unique and interesting dining experiences."

In addition to being a talented chef with a passion for cuisine from around the world, Jeremy is an avid recreational golfer. Jeremy and his wife Caprinna have two beautiful daughters, Keirra and Makayla and a three year old boy, Hayden.
